Accessibility Statement

Grass Valley Patient Resource Group (HENDRX Genetics) wants PhenoHunt, our submission portal and our website tools to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• Labels on form fields, visible keyboard focus, and dialogs that close with Escape and keep focus inside.
• Text and colors chosen for readable contrast, in light and dark mode.
• Layouts that work on phones and with browser zoom, without sideways scrolling.
• Accessibility checks as part of each release.

Known limitations

• Some dense planning views, such as the nursery timeline (Gantt) chart and large data tables, are hard to use with a screen reader or on small screens. The same information is available in list and detail views.
• Some older screens still use small text or controls that are hard to tap. We're fixing these as part of our mobile improvements.
• Uploaded documents such as lab certificates (PDFs) come from third parties and may not be accessible.
